• The bonus may not be performed as a service by the stylist the appointment is booked with
• The bonus can only be redeemed at the above salon. The bonus cannot be exchanged for cash or change given.
• The bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Bonus must be mentioned at time of booking an appointment in the order of lowest value first.
• The Philip Kingsley Card is valid until end of October 2010.
